MANUFACTURE
FAULT RETURNS:
All rugs received with a manufacture fault will
be happily exchanged or refunded in full. To quality for a manufacture fault
return. Simply email us on sales@venndesignn.com with a description
of the fault and a clear photo of the fault. We will gladly give you the option
of an exchange of the same rug or a full refund. Please note that manufacture
faults must be claimed within 7 days of receiving you rug.
The Easy Return Process

We will get the item picked up on your behalf from your place at
a mutually decided time.
●
Reverse pick-up may not be available for some remote pin codes.
You must self-ship the item in this case.
●
Whenever you choose to self-ship the item, dispatch it within 48
hours of raising the return request.
●
On receipt of the returned item, it goes through a quality
check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the refund process within
48 hours.
Important Points:-

Orders cannot be cancelled, once they are shipped.
●
Return in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
●
Do not use, wash, alter/tamper or soil the rug.
●
A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
●
Item must have the original packing, labels and tags intact,
altered and illegible serial number will also void return.
●
In case of customization products return cannot be performed by
the end customer.
●
We refund only to customers in India.
●
Please follow up with your respective bank/ card issuer post
completion of refunds process by www.venndesignn.com to check on reflection of
funds in your account.
FREE SHIPPING IN INDIA:
We ship packages with
BLUE DART/DTDC ground service, shipping to India is FREE. We normally process all
orders and dispatch same day or next working day. Please be aware we can
sometimes experience slightly longer delays due to higher volume of orders) .
If an rug sometimes becomes unavailable due to out of stock, we can place the
rug on backorder if the customer wishes to do so. If this is the case we
provide the customer with an approx ETA of the rug which is also subject to
change due to change due to changes beyond our control. If this happens and the
customer no longer wants to wait for the rug we are more than happy to provide
a full refund back to the customer. During our busier periods like public
holidays and peak season, we can sometimes experience a slight delay in
dispatching due to the high volume of back orders. Please note deliveries will
vary from 6 to 14 working days depending on location.

Custom-made products
may take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
●
We are unable to schedule delivery for an exact date or time, or
call prior to item delivery. If you are unavailable to accept your package, the
shipping courier may leave the package at the residence or leave a note.
●
Oversized items that are too large or heavy to ship with ground
couriers will be shipped via LTL trucking. These orders may take up to 2 weeks
from shipment date to be delivered. You will be contacted by the trucking
company to schedule a delivery appointment. Items will be delivered curb side
of the address and it is up to the customer to carry the items to its final
destination.
